Job Overview:
Data Center Power Generation ExpertWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Power Generation Expert to join our team. This role involves developing sales strategies, building relationships with key accounts, and driving profitable growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in power generation products and solutions, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to motivate others and stay customer-focused, with high motivation, enthusiasm, and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities:- Generate new business opportunities and propose deals by contacting potential customers and decision makers;
- Analyze market strategies and deal requirements;
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to close new business deals with persuasive approaches and pitches;
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain key relationships with end customers, influencers, and contractors, including distribution partners;
- Uncover and build opportunity pipelines with sales and end customers; manage data in CRM and project management systems;
- Set budgetary forecasts and sales targets for the SEA DC market;
- Assess involvement from distribution to ensure success; provide project guidance for pricing and quotation strategy;
- Identify and support strategic alliances to expand PS solutions, products, and services;
- Provide front-line Data Center marketing and technical support to distribution partners and dealers;
- Analyze sales and market data to inform senior management decisions;
- Promote PS in trade events and collaborations; develop technical papers and white papers for marketing and conferences;
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant sales experience in power generation;
- Solid proven direct and channel sales track record; able to present and negotiate with senior executives;
- Results-driven, competitive, and able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset;
- Ability to travel frequently and work independently;
Work Environment:
This position requires up to 50% travel. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and must be willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
