**Job Title:** Industrial Power Generation Sales Lead

**About the Role**

This is a dynamic sales leadership opportunity in the industrial power generation sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic relationships with key customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial power generation market
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and activities

**Requirements**

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant sales experience in the power generation business
  • Solid proven track record in direct and channel sales, with ability to present and negotiate with senior executives and decision makers
  • Able to travel frequently (up to 50%) and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Travel Requirements**

This role requires occasional travel up to 50% of the time. Applicants must be willing and able to travel regularly to meet with clients and attend industry events.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the power generation industry. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential for success in this role.
