- Complies with all Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH), Waste Management and Quality Assurance requirements, goals, policies and procedures.">
- Operates to the best possible standards providing an uninterrupted water supply.">
- Monitors reverse osmosis units and ancillary equipment parameters.">
- Makes adjustments to water plant equipment ensuring operation guidelines are followed.">
- Starts, operates and secures reverse osmosis units and all associated auxiliary equipment essential to water plant operation.">
- Monitors Water Plant chemistry making chemical adjustments as necessary.">
- Maintains cleanliness of water plant.">
- Responds to unscheduled equipment or process failures.">
- Ensures efficient and economical operation of station water production equipment.">
- Completes maintenance records; maintains laboratory and operating logbooks and databases as required.">
- Maintains control of plant tools, manuals, repair parts, assemblies and consumables.">
- Works closely with and takes direction from the Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) and coordinates in ordering repair and/or spare parts, maintenance parts, assemblies and consumables.">
- Advises the Lead Water Plant Operator of the status of water production equipment and systems.">
- Works a rotating shift; day, swing or night shift.">
- Performs duties in support of division metrics (as provided by supervisor).">
- Supports the achievement of ASC metrics, whether metrics are directly or indirectly, affected by this position's work activities.">
- Complies with all ASC Environmental Health & Safety, and Quality Assurance, requirements and goals.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:

">Education:
">A High School diploma or GED is required.
">Experience:
">A minimum of six months experience working as an Operator in a Water Treatment Facility will be accepted in lieu of a Class D certificate.
">Certifications:
">Colorado Class
