Job Description

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering student and academic services for the Master of Arts in Translation and Interpretation programme. Your role will involve supporting the execution and operations of the programme by providing timely delivery of information and services to faculty, staff, and students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Admission: Plan and schedule application procedures and timelines, process and review applications, coordinate and facilitate screening tests and interviews, support and execute marketing outreach, student orientation, and information sessions, work closely with different departments at various levels within the university for student matters.
  • Programme Operations: Provide customer service, respond to student and faculty queries, process various student administration matters, such as matriculation, course registration, leave of absence, thesis submission, and other related tasks.
  • Continuing Education and Training (CET) Courses: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth planning and running of courses, provide logistical support, including enrolment, budgeting, billing, and other related tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals. You should have a strong background in translation and interpretation, with experience in programme coordination and delivery. A master's degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
