Job Description:

The Senior Executive will assist with the coordination and delivery of student & academic services for the Master of Arts in Translation and Interpretation (MTI) programme. This role is responsible for planning and scheduling application procedures, processing applications, coordinating screening tests and interviews, and supporting marketing outreach, student orientation, and information sessions.

The incumbent will work closely with different departments at various levels within the university to ensure seamless student matters support. Additionally, they will provide logistical support for enrolment, budgeting, billing, and other student administration matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Admission
    • Plan and schedule application procedures and timelines
    • Process and review applications, coordinate and facilitate screening tests and interviews
    • Support and execute marketing outreach, student orientation, and information sessions
  • Programme Operations
    • Customer service – tending to student and faculty queries
    • Processing of various student administration matters eg. matriculation, course registration, leave of absence, thesis submission etc.
  • Continuing Education and Training (CET)
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth planning and running of courses
    • Provide logistical support, including enrolment, budgeting, billing
