The Senior Executive is responsible for assisting with the coordination and delivery of student & academic services of the Master of Arts in Translation and Interpretation (MTI) programme. The incumbent will support the execution and operations of the programme by providing timely delivery of information and services to faculty, staff and students. Key responsibilities: Student Admission Plan and schedule application procedures and timelines. Process and review applications, coordinate and facilitate screening tests and interviews. Support and execute marketing outreach, student orientation and information sessions. Work closely with different departments at various levels within the University for student matters. Programme Operations Customer service – tending to student and faculty queries. Processing of various student administration matters eg. matriculation, course registration, leave of absence, thesis submission etc. Continuing Education and Training (CET) course Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth planning and running of courses.
