As a Senior Executive, you will oversee the collaterals and the insurance of all loans and take on the checker role. Ensure that the documentation and procedures of all collaterals/insurance policies are in order and adhered to at all time. You will also liaise with relevant parties to ensure outstanding issues are followed-through till completion.

**Collateral/Insurance (all loan products)**:

- Check & ensure the insurance policies of all collaterals are properly documented and updated in the system.
- Check & ensure the new/revised/released data of all collaterals and insurance are captured correctly in the system.
- Ensure proper ollow-up of insurance renewal
- Prepare various monthly/quarterly/semi-annually reports required by Management/MAS.
- Ensure completed safekeeping documents (for HP/BD/Shares) are in order before safekeeping.
- Check affirmation of share contracts.
- Check opening/closing of nominees sub account & share transfer function.
- Conduct system enhancement test.
- Assist in other ad-hoc reports from time to time.
