Job Title: Admissions Officer">

Dulwich College (Singapore) is seeking an admissions professional to support the Admissions Team in delivering exceptional service and providing a seamless experience for parents and students.

In this pivotal role, you will guide families through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from first inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Admissions Department with processing applications.">
  • Oversight of prospective student assessments.">
  • Handling admissions inquiries by phone and email in a timely manner, and conducting meetings with applicants.">
  • Conducting one-to-one and group tours of the College and responding to general inquiries on curriculum, class size, school operations, and faculty details.">
  • Assistance with coordinating open mornings and other events to promote the College.">
  • Ensuring a smooth and timely onboarding process for new students and providing ongoing support where necessary.">
  • Development of processes and reports to review Admissions results and communicate effectively with the College Leadership Team.">
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases.">
  • Other duties as required by the role.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Experience in education sector, preferably in a similar role.">
  • Knowledge of international schools and the Singapore market.">
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including presentation skills.">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.">
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.">
  • Sound IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.">
  • Ability to work within deadlines and manage conflicting demands.">
