Customer Service Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless administration of customer orders.

This involves managing incoming orders efficiently, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring prompt processing. Furthermore, the coordinator will support the end-to-end order-to-cash process with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming orders effectively, maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring timely processing.
  • Collaborate with the team to support the order-to-cash process, emphasizing precision and high-quality service.
  • Process customer orders received via email, phone, or other communication channels.
  • Elevate any delivery or invoicing issues to the Supervisor for prompt resolution.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, providing swift responses and resolving basic complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Candidates with experience in administrative/customer service/sales support/order management are highly preferred.
