As a Commercial Proposal Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality proposals that meet the needs of clients in the Asia region. Working closely with global internal stakeholders, you will gather information and develop compelling content that showcases Brunel's strengths and innovations.

Your key responsibilities will include managing the full tender process, from receiving documents to final submission, as well as collaborating with the marketing team to develop new technical content. You will also work closely with the Global Bid community to ensure uniform brand identity and implement the corporate standard for bid documentation. Additionally, you will review and maintain Brunel Asia content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards. Finally, you will implement robust document control practices to manage and track bid-related documents effectively.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/commerce/finance/law/language or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years relevant sales or bid management experience in an international environment preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of the regulations on procurement.
  • Experience in writing tender documents, including creating clear and persuasive proposals, meeting client requirements, and presenting information effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong grasp of grammar and language conventions.
  • Organized, analytical, and meticulous.
  • Prioritization and time management skills to manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
