We are seeking an experienced Utilities Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our utilities systems.
In this role, you will provide direction and supervision to support utilities system maintenance and operation. You will coordinate the operation and maintenance of HVAC, chiller, boilers, air compressor, WFI, and RODI systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with the validation team to complete the qualification and re-qualification of facilities and utilities systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and supervision to support utilities system maintenance and operation.
- Coordinate the operation and maintenance of HVAC, chiller, boilers, air compressor, WFI, and RODI systems.
- Collaborate with the validation team to complete the qualification and re-qualification of facilities and utilities systems.
- Draft and prepare maintenance and operation SOPs and PM plans for utility systems.
- Manage utilities and facilities systems-related changes and deviation management.
- Cooperate with internal and external audit teams.
- Complete small CAPEX projects related to utilities and facilities systems.
- Develop and implement utilities and facilities shutdown plans.
- Review as-built drawings, engineering technical data, and performance data.
- Support third-party vendors in performing routine inspection, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance based on site engineering and quality requirements.
- Complete all routine maintenance works as scheduled and in compliance with engineering standards and safety procedures.
- Accurately complete and process all GMP documentation related to maintenance activities.
