Highly Skilled Preventive Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Preventive Maintenance Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections and performing mechanical preventive maintenance on packaging equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- D diagnose and resolve faults in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on various equipment.
- Utilize Predictive Maintenance techniques to analyze and minimize equipment downtime.
- Effectively manage inventory levels and document maintenance activities on work orders.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate with vendors for fabrication work.
- Oversee the commissioning of new equipment and ensure seamless integration into existing systems.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in automation systems.
- Possesses a strong understanding of AC drives, electrical motors, pneumatic cylinders, and roller/chain conveyors.
- Capable of utilizing, debugging, and modifying existing PLC programs.
- Proficient in reading and using Electrical Single Line Diagrams.
