Highly Skilled Field Systems Support Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Specialist to support our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring system functionality, performing software testing, managing spares provisioning, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing calibration services.
Key Responsibilities:- Corrective Maintenance: Our Field Service Specialist will restore the system to its operational condition in the event of hardware or software failure.
- Software Testing: The successful candidate will perform software testing on the system, ensuring the correct configuration is loaded for software/system testing.
- Spares Management: Additional responsibilities include managing spares provisioning, support, and test equipment.
- Preventive Maintenance: The ideal candidate will conduct PM on the hardware to retain the system in the specified operational condition.
- Calibration Services: The successful candidate will liaise with vendors to perform calibration services on test equipment used for preventive maintenance.
