About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our Big Language Model (LLM) product. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and direction of our LLM product, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and aligns with our company's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our LLM into new and existing product offerings, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with technical teams to define data requirements for aligning LLMs across global markets, ensuring data quality and effectiveness.
  • Develop methodologies for data acquisition and production, monitoring costs and assessing the effectiveness of these processes.
  • Evaluate the impact of data production tools on the quality and effectiveness of data production, working closely with technical teams to enhance these tools.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a product manager for algorithm-driven products or features, or as an algorithm engineer.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Solid understanding of alignment and related approaches, such as Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
Preferred Qualifications
  • A strong interest in both LLMs and human behavior/experience/wellbeing.
  • Collaborative team player who knows how to assertively advocate for their ideas without being overbearing.
