Product Development Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Specialist to design and lead the development of new food products from concept to commercialization. As a key member of our team, you will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and analyze competitor products, ingredients, and processes to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product development strategies to meet business objectives
  • Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity to inform product development decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance
  • Design and conduct experiments to test and evaluate new product formulations
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients and materials
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in product development or a related field
