Job Title: Senior Product Innovation Manager

A leading food technology company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Innovation Manager to lead our product development and innovation initiatives. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for developing new products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product development strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and launch new products, including research, development, testing, and commercialization.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve project goals.

Requirements:
  • Masters in Agriculture or related field.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in R&D and product development.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and technical report writing.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Japanese food ingredients and applications.
  • Knowledge of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and processing technologies.
  • Familiarity with sensory evaluation and relevant food regulations.
