Product Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Product Development Specialist to lead and support the creation of innovative food products from concept to launch.

  • Identify and implement improvements to existing products, ingredients, and processes.
  • Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Conduct trial runs, commercial runs, and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during product trials and testing.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Support the digital transformation of documentation processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Min. Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Nutrition, Chemistry, Microbiology or related disciplines.
  • Min 2 years experience in the food industry, with a focus on R&D preferred.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
