Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Food Innovation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and applying raw materials, collaborating with purchasing departments, conducting quality control assessments, and upholding laboratory cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Research and Development department in designing and implementing processes and machinery to scale up operations from laboratory to production scale.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to identify and acquire new raw materials or flavors for new product development.
  • Conduct sensory and visual inspections, as well as raw materials checks, on all finished products from the raw material manufacturing line.
  • Uphold laboratory and Pilot Plant cleanliness through general housekeeping.
  • Aid in the operation and upkeep of the Food Safety Management System.
  • Innovate new raw materials and recipe concepts to enhance product offerings.
  • Enhance existing raw materials through modification and improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Food Technology, Science, or related field.
  • Experience in food research and development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
