Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Optimize inventory management and supplier relationships to minimize wastage and control costs effectively
  • Ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes during peak hours

Essential Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work during peak periods, including weekends and public holidays
  • Professional certification or equivalent experience in Chinese cuisine
  • A minimum of 2 years related experience in Chinese cuisine
  • Strong leadership skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for food
