Job Summary:

We are seeking a Pricing Expertise Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of submissions through document review, data computation, and stakeholder communication.

  • This includes logging and tracking all submission requests effectively.
  • The ideal candidate will prepare and compute submission forms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • They will review documents for accuracy and adherence to pricing guidelines.
  • Rout submissions with proper endorsement.
  • Manage rejected submissions and coordinate resubmissions.
  • Generate regular reports on submissions status and performance.
  • Identify and initiate independent pricing submissions.
  • Conduct pricing analysis and support data preparation.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Timely logging, processing, and completion of price setting requests.
  • Prompt response to inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Execution of independent initiated price submissions.
  • Accurate and timely reporting of statuses for management updates.

Requirements:

  • Diploma with background in Engineering with business/finance exposure, or vice versa.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis etc.).
  • Experience with SAP system.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with a strong analytical background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process price setting requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
