This ia dynamic role where you'll be at the forefront of driving sales success in the semiconductor industry. You will be collaborating with diverse teams, lead pricing strategies, and influence key decisions to secure new business opportunities. Your expertise will shape competitiveness and fuel growth in this fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand quotation scopes, requirements, and business opportunities.
- Ensure timely responses to sales requests for quotation.
- Provide price guidelines, insights, and direction on Factory capabilities and capacity to Sales for customer RFQ responses.
- Coordinate with Factory Finance and Engineering teams to understand cost of goods sold, technical capabilities, tooling, new capital expenditure (capex) requirements, and process capabilities to support RFQs.
- Assess capex requirements for new business opportunities and present business proposals to management for endorsement.
- Develop and maintain a pricing book for standard packages to achieve quick RFQ turnaround times.
- Provide market price feedback to Factory Operations and Finance teams to drive strategic cost improvement projects for price and cost competitiveness.
- Track and report RFQ statuses, providing pipeline visibility to the management team and factories.
- Provide technical guidance to the pricing team on back-end packaging/assembly processes and materials if the incumbent has relevant experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Attention to detail is critical as accuracy is key in providing the right price.
- Comfortable working with numbers in a detailed manner.
- Experience and/or willingness to work closely with a cross-functional team.
- Ability to manage people through influence.
