The B2B pricing manager is responsible to support the business in achieving the revenue target in the SME market. The role involves gaining a thorough understanding of the products and services, both by Singtel and competitors, to developing and analyzing business cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform pricing evaluation of potential deals. Analyse bizcase and ensure that proposed pricing meets business/product target margin while ensuring competitiveness benchmarked against market landscape.
- Develop and define pricing structures by reviewing customer trends, with clear understanding of the impact of pricing on profit margins
- Conduct regular win/lost analysis to assess pricing effectiveness.
- Strong commercial acumen with good interpersonal skills including stakeholder management. Formulate deal strategy jointly with sales team include providing guidance and sharing of insights where relevant.
- Engage and work with different department including product house, finance and regulatory. Lead all business case justification discussions with product house and finance, develop and implement governance process for pricing filing with regulatory to ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in marketing, business studies, finance or engineering with relevant experience in pricing / pricing management
- Relevant working experience in business analyst or pricing manager role
- Experience in IT related or telecommunication industry
- Good excel skills with ability to understand and design macro
- Good communication skill with ability to present case with clarity
- Good team player and able to manage different stakeholders from various department
