This Operations Support Officer role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will provide administrative support to our operations team and contribute to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and verify data in databases or information systems
- Maintain and update database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Provide administrative support to operations team members
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher NITEC/NITEC Diploma in any field
- Proficiency in MS Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
