This Is An IT Support Group is dedicated to delivering exceptional IT support services, and we're looking for a skilled Administrative Officer - Business Support to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Team in various business processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process policy transactions efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Participate in projects, system enhancements, and UAT activities, contributing valuable insights on system performance.
- Conduct quality checks on existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, accurate task completion, and SLA adherence.
- Collaborate with team members to drive business objectives, providing flexible administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- GCE 'A' Level or Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in policy servicing and administration, preferably in insurance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Possesses positive attitude, analytical problem-solving skills, and meticulous nature.
- Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel and Word).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Preferred insurance certifications or telesales experience, but not essential.
