Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriotion:

Personnel will support the efficient functioning of the school's day-to-day operations. The key responsibilities include (but not limiting to) the following:

1. Assist the Operations Manager (OM) in maintaining school security and perimeter safety:

a.To adhere to the school's safety rules and regulations.

b.To take part in the school's emergency exercises.

2. Ensure that school supplies are well stocked (e.g. preparation

of food ingredients for lessons or other school activities and stock check of the Food Lab equipment and utensils).

3.Carry out operational tasks in school such as maintaining cleanliness (e.g. upkeep of the Food Lab equipment and cleanliness).

4.Coordinate with contractors / vendors (under instruction / direction of OM or Teacher) on the maintenance of school facilities and equipment.

5.Provide logistical support for events and exams.

6.Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

The Personnel shall minimally have the following skills and experience:


•A good team-player


•Able to communicate well in English (Spoken and written)


•Preferably have experience and knowledge in food preparation and hygiene


•Preferably have experience in cleaning, logistics or simple administrative duties


•Physically fit and resilient to be able to perform the role effectively
