Commercial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to support our LNG Carrier Business team.

  • Manage ongoing commercial operations for existing LNG projects.
  • Oversee all commercial aspects of LNG carrier newbuilding projects, including pre-delivery and post-delivery phases.
  • Provide commercial support and review key contractual agreements including time charterparties and shipbuilding contracts.
  • Ensure robust contract governance and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Monitor and control operating expenses (OPEX); prepare variance analysis and financial performance reports.

Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Operations Management

Manage ongoing commercial operations for existing LNG projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of commercial activities.

2. Newbuilding Project Management

Oversee all commercial aspects of LNG carrier newbuilding projects, from pre-delivery to post-delivery phases, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.

3. Contract Review and Governance

Provide commercial support and review key contractual agreements, including time charterparties and shipbuilding contracts, to ensure robust contract governance and compliance with contractual obligations.

4. Financial Management

Monitor and control operating expenses (OPEX); prepare variance analysis and financial performance reports to ensure accurate financial management and decision-making.

5. Stakeholder Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including LNG charterers, sellers, and buyers, to drive business growth and success.
