- Negotiate and monitor lease terms to ensure optimal outcomes.
- SOURCE new concepts and prospects relevant to the mall's positioning.
- Conduct market trend analysis and share insights with the team.
- Analyze feasibility and reconfiguration options to enhance the mall's financial standing.
- Prepare budgets and business plans.
- Oversee tenancy schedules and management reports.
- E nsure proper leasing documentations are in place and submitted timely.
- Manage cordial tenant relations and partnerships.
- Guide and nurture leasing team members.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, or relevant disciplines.
- At least 5 years of relevant leasing work experience preferred.
- Real Estate Salesperson license by CEA.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive network of contacts and understanding of the Singapore retail landscape.
