Senior Retail Leasing Executive

Our team is seeking a Senior Retail Leasing Executive to join us in achieving our business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling lease negotiations, renewals, and administration scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lease Negotiations: Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and administration scope to achieve optimal results.
  • Market Research: Conduct, understand, and share periodic retail market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Carry out feasibility or reconfiguration analysis to enhance the financial standing of the mall.
  • Budgeting: Prepare budgets and business plans to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Report Generation: Oversee Tenancy Schedule, Management Reports, and other related reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and proper leasing documentations are in place and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Tenant Relations: Manage cordial tenant relations and partnerships to foster a positive business environment.
  • Team Management: Guide and nurture the leasing team members, unlocking their potentials and driving success.
  • Collaboration: Build strong teamwork with operations, marketing, cluster malls, and core functions to achieve synergies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Real Estate Expertise: Minimum Diploma or Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, or any other relevant disciplines, with at least 5 years of relevant leasing work experience preferred.
  • CEA Certification: Real Estate Salesperson license by CEA.
  • Linguistic Skills: Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates.
