Leasing Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management, business administration or marketing, with a proven track record of leasing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and improve the leasing strategy plan to enhance retail mix, maximize occupancy and rent income.
  • Proactively identify and secure desirable tenant mixes through cold calling, site viewing and negotiation.
  • Negotiate new and renewal leases to ensure optimal terms.
  • Prepare and track lease documentation, e-file and update the lease management system.
  • Monitor and track tenants' performance and compliance with lease agreements.
  • Develop and present leasing meeting slides, marketing kits and management reports.
  • Maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships and effective tenant management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail mall leasing.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Positive disposition, independent, resourceful and team player.
  • CEA registered salesperson is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
