Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team that operates as a first interface with Adyen's merchants across the globe.
  • Guide the Technical Support team to directly work with various Adyen teams across the technology, commercial, and operational sphere to deliver the merchant support model.
  • Manage a team that is geographically dispersed across the APAC region.
  • Cultivate a team that thrives on shared success, has extensive payments knowledge, and is highly motivated.
  • Be an integral part of the global support strategy.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and managing technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to define robust processes and procedures.
  • Able to serve as an escalation point for varied technical support requests and challenges.
  • Knowledge of internet technologies and technical processes (think of SQL / HTML / JavaScript / PHP / Java / Scripting).
  • PAY: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
