Job Title: Technical Leadership Role

This pivotal position demands exceptional leadership skills, technical acumen, and the ability to drive delivery excellence across various projects and products.

This role involves overseeing the deployment of best practices and tools tailored to meet project/product challenges, ensuring efficient team operations, capitalizing knowledge and assets, managing talent allocation, and representing the organization in project reviews.

Responsibilities:
  • Deploy suitable Practices and Tools for EDM and WPM to reach required maturity according to Project/Product delivery challenges
  • Work with the discipline delivery team to enhance efficiency - identify gaps and associated actions to support delivery continuous improvement
  • Capture and share knowledge and assets dedicated to delivery discipline
  • Manage people/skills & allocation to products/projects
  • Take charge of Delivery Lead Staffing (EDM, WPM, Tribe Leader, Chief Product Owner) on project/product with respect to PPMs'/PMs' requests
  • Represent the organization in project reviews
  • Reviews of 'Engineering Deliverability' for bids (engineering strategy & plan, schedule, solution maturity, risk reduction & risk mitigations, acceptance strategy, certification, resourcing, E2 strategy, estimates, contingency)
  • Contribute to Products and Projects peer reviews to reduce engineering risks and increase confidence to deliver
  • Promote Dev-ops approach within your team
  • Ensure all products developed within your team are properly supported and monitored
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • Experience in positions: Engineering Manager, IT / Technical Project Manager, or Software Engineering Manager (SwEM)
  • Experience leading a technical team in a challenging environment
  • Able to engage and develop your team using collaborative work and challenging approaches
  • Knowledge of cloud base solutions will be a plus
  • Experience in development/DevOps will be a plus
