Job Description:
As a Technical Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of consumer and industrial products.
The role involves carrying out comprehensive testing and evaluation of IT equipment, audio-visual devices, and home appliances to guarantee compliance with international safety and performance standards.
We are looking for an individual who can prepare detailed test reports in accordance with project requirements, coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, and support process improvement initiatives to enhance testing facilities and service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of NITEC or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent is required. You should have hands-on working experience with various electrical and electronics testing instruments. Relevant experience in evaluating IT equipment and home appliances will be an added advantage. Additionally, strong initiative, good communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive team player mindset are essential.

This role offers an attractive bonus structure, with 2.5 months to 4 months' average payout. A 5-day work week ensures a healthy work-life balance.

Familiarity with IEC standards such as IEC and IEC will be a plus.
