Technical Specialist Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The Technical Specialist will play a key part in delivering exceptional service excellence in their region. This role involves providing technical support to our sales team, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical consultation, system design, and solutions for all sales and Service Agreements (SAM) projects in Southeast Asia.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including site surveys, client meetings, technical presentations, and system demos.
  • Project management, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • E nsure accurate system configuration and quotes for the Southeast Asia region.
  • Provide technical training for the sales team and technical staff.
  • Offer after-sales technical support for project managers and engineers if needed.
  • Provide technical and commercial (T&C) support for Southeast Asia projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in related fields such as security, electronics, or small electronic system design, technical training, pre-sales technical presentation, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, network, and database.
  • Familiarity with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products/systems is an advantage.
  • Candidates with technical presales background will be given preference.
  • Good communication and coordination skills are essential.
  • Client service-oriented and quick learner preferred.
