Job Title: Technical Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced technical specialist to collaborate closely with sales and product teams to support client needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing technical proposals, delivering Proof-of-Concept (POC) demonstrations, leading solution presentations, and facilitating technical workshops.

You will also play a critical role in delivering both pre-sales and post-sales technical support. Additionally, you will research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance solution offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto security products is essential.
  • A Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • Strong understanding of security architecture, OSI and TCP/IP models, network protocols, and security principles is necessary.
  • Skilled in security technologies such as firewalls and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS).
  • Over 2 years of technical experience in the IT security domain is mandatory.
