Procurement Strategist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management within the Food & Beverage industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead purchasing strategies to support business objectives
  • Sourcing and evaluating suppliers for quality, reliability, and competitive pricing
  • Negotiating contracts with vendors to achieve cost savings
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
  • Conducting supplier performance reviews and audits to ensure compliance
  • Maintaining procurement records and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in F&B or hospitality industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of procurement processes and contract management
