Event Designer cum Coordinator



Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Event Designer cum Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Designer cum Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating events from conceptualization to execution.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop event concepts, themes, and overall aesthetics, including decorations and entertainment.

  • Oversee event budgets and ensure that they stay within predetermined limits.

  • Meet with clients to discuss their needs and preferences.

  • Create floor plans and models of the event space to show where each element will be located.

  • Coordinate with event managers, coordinators, planners, and other team members to ensure that all aspects of an event are executed smoothly.


Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

  • Must have experience in festive decorations.

  • Highly proficient in graphic / creative design programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Strong in creative storytelling and design mastery.

  • Strong 3D skills preferred.

  • Ability to manage timelines and various projects.
