As a leader in the creation of perfumes, flavorings and active beauty ingredients, we believe our success comes from being passionate about our work. We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of APAC Health and Functional Solutions Head.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and driving sales strategy and growth plans for the region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Growth Plans
  • Build global sales strategy for profitable growth of the sub-unit in line with the business unit strategy.
  • Develop Account Development Plans (ADPs) to drive sales growth and profitability for key accounts with greatest potential.
  • Develop partnerships with key accounts, including relationships with senior-level management.
  • Deploy push initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A university degree in Business Administration.
  • Deep understanding of relevant business, market dynamics, and products.
  • Experience in managing sales areas and teams internationally.
  • Strategic thinking and change management skills.
  • Effective people management skills, team player, providing focus and direction, with ability to resolve conflicts constructively.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships with decision makers and influencers.
