Guest Experience Specialist
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at our establishment.
The Guest Experience Specialist will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in setting the tone for their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, accurate, and efficient service to guests during check-in and check-out procedures.
- Execute room checks, reservations, and public area checks as required to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Assist with training and development programs for staff members, promoting a culture of excellence within the organization.
- Respond to guest queries via phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and courteous assistance while upholding exceptional hospitality standards.
- Perform cash handling duties and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless operations.
Main Responsibilities Include:
