The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses. Additionally, they should have strong negotiation skills and experience working with purchasing software.

As a Sourcing Executive, you will research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, negotiate contract terms, track orders, and review quality of purchased products. You will also maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices, and prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.

This role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. The successful candidate will have proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role.
