Business Analyst for Key Customer Accounts

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the development and implementation of pricing strategies for key customer accounts.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing global pricing lists and monthly incentive plans, coordinating with internal teams to clarify pricing terms, and tracking acknowledgements and delivery of pricing letters to global customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Assist in preparing global pricing lists and monthly incentive plans for key customer accounts.
  • Pricing Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to clarify pricing terms and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Tracking and Delivery: Track acknowledgements and delivery of pricing letters to global customers.
  • Rate Setup and Updating: Support the setup and updating of rates in the Billing System.
  • Global Price Changes: Help implement annual global price changes in the system for major accounts.
  • Accuracy and Consistency: Cross-check rate updates to ensure accuracy and consistency in the billing system.
  • Customer Agreement Information: Maintain up-to-date global customer agreement information in the internal contract system.
Requirements:
  • Education: A minimum Diploma or Degree in Business or related field is required.
  • Work Experience: Prior working experience is advantageous.
Key Skills:
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in data analysis using tools such as Tableau.
  • Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • SQL: Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
