Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Audit and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our sourcing processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal audits in procurement, identifying process gaps and contributing to risk mitigation strategies.
  • Review sourcing processes, vendor selection, contract compliance, and policy adherence.
  • Familiarize yourself with audit planning, control testing, and follow-up on audit findings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to close audit points.
  • Develop interactive dashboards to visualize procurement KPIs, spend trends, and audit metrics using Tableau.
  • Presents data-driven insights in a clear and actionable format.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Data Analytics: Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Python/R for advanced data analysis.
  • Audit and Compliance: Experienced in conducting or supporting internal audits, reviewing sourcing processes, vendor selection, contract compliance, and policy adherence.
  • Digital Tools and Generative AI Application: Applies AI tools to streamline tasks, explores digital solutions to automate repetitive documentation, and enhances workflow efficiency.
