Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Strategy Director to drive innovation and growth in our Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solution. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for RMM, aligning with business goals and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shape Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a roadmap aligned with business objectives, prioritizing features based on feedback, analysis, and trends.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), customers, and internal teams to identify opportunities for innovation based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Drive Execution: Work with research and development teams to deliver requirements, oversee development, and ensure timely, quality rollouts.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, sales, support, and design teams for successful product launches and team mentorship.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years in product management, focusing on security, compliance, or IT governance tools, with a record of delivering impactful products.
  • Experience in development, OEM integration, managing complex roadmaps, and compliance solutions.
  • Strong understanding of CIS benchmarks, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and Essentials 8 frameworks.
  • Experience with CIS compliance tools in enterprise or SMB environments.
  • Knowledge of platforms like RMM, SIEM, or ITSM tools.
  • Experience working with MSPs or large enterprises on compliance management.
  • Technical expertise in cybersecurity, endpoint security, or vulnerability management tools.
  • Deep understanding of MSP and IT team personas.
  • Proven leadership, collaboration, and results delivery in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in customer engagement, requirements gathering, and roadmap communication.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to decompose requirements into actionable items, such as user stories.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
