Responsable du CRM & Loyauté

Vous rejoignez notre équipe marketing pour développer et opérer une stratégie de fidélisation et de gestion des relations avec nos visiteurs.

Responsabilités
  1. Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des projets de CRM et de loyauté stratégiques afin de générer un avantage concurrentiel pour les centres commerciaux.
  2. Optimiser et déployer ces projets au sein de nos régions et centres commerciaux.
  3. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de la direction marketing, les équipes locales, ainsi que les partenaires externes pour assurer la réussite des projets.
Compétences requises
  • 8 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du CRM et de la loyauté.
  • Une bonne compréhension des outils CRM tels que Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Des compétences solides en gestion de projet, en analyse et en communication.
