Job Title
Administrative Support Professional:
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to manage corporate administrative tasks, provide personal assistance to the Director, and ensure seamless coordination and efficiency.

Corporate administrative responsibilities include managing office operations, filing, documentation, correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating the Director's daily schedules, appointments, and personal errands, arranging travel logistics, and handling personal and family-related tasks as assigned by the Director.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with mandarin speaking colleagues and stakeholders in meetings and correspondence.
  • Education level equivalent to Polytechnic or above.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties:
  • Manage office operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Assist with HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records and coordinating recruitment processes.
  • Personal Assistant Duties:
  • Coordinate the Director's daily schedules, appointments, and personal errands.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, and occasional travel accompaniment.
  • Handle personal and family-related tasks as assigned by the Director, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and travel booking platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
