Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong problem-solving ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service center, making them feel valued and respected.
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and provide them with accurate information regarding service options and pricing, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the process.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles, maintaining open lines of communication and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Escort customers to the waiting area and provide them with updates on the status of their vehicles as needed, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures, including documenting vehicle condition and obtaining customer signatures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and knowledgeable manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service reception area and customer waiting lounge, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing service records, preparing invoices, and processing payments, contributing to the smooth operation of the service center.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also being a team player who can collaborate effectively with others.
- Basic computer skills, with experience using software applications and systems related to customer service and administration.
