Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving complex end-to-end programs for Boston Scientific Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, stakeholder analysis, communication, and resource requirements.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of end-to-end programs, driving to meet timelines and overall program objectives.
  • Define training and performance support schedules and manage the design and delivery of training programs by project subject matter experts/process specialists.
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness, track and report issues, define and measure success metrics, and monitor change progress.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, maintain a risk and issues register, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor program progress through to stakeholder adoption, business handover, and project closure.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience and proven results in project and change management with a focus on end-to-end delivery.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, project management, change management, or a related field.
  • Certification in PMP, change management, Agile, Six Sigma, or Lean.
  • Multi-APAC country or global experience.
  • Excellent application skills (PPT, Excel, Word, Project).
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both verbal and written English at all levels.
  • Sound capability to influence others to produce results absent of direct reporting relationship.
  • Sound financial acumen and budget management.
  • Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop positive professional relationships and partner collaboratively with personnel across all levels of the organization.
  • Sound facilitation skills and experience presenting and influencing senior audiences.
