The Client Onboarding Specialist is responsible for proactively managing the onboarding of new clients, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agents to enhance referrals, reviewing client applications and documentation, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

\

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in onboarding offshore clients, hold a Diploma/Degree in Banking and Finance or a related field, possess strong sales and acquisition skills, and be results-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
