  • We seek an experienced and motivated professional to lead our industry development efforts in Singapore.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote premium industrial facilities to diverse industry sectors.
  • Manage customer leases, foster partnerships, and build win-win relationships with customers.
  • Conduct research to understand industry needs and develop new products, buildings, and services that meet these needs.
  • Preferably a background in Real Estate, Geography, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • A keen interest in the Real Estate industry and a desire to contribute to Singapore's economic growth.
  • Strong communications, strategic thinking, and written ability skills.
  • Conflict resolution and interpersonal skills to engage internal/external stakeholders.
  • A positive attitude and resilience.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to multi-task.
