About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Southeast Asia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business sales of Enterprise Software solutions in the region.

This is a permanent full-time position, based in Singapore, with hybrid working arrangements. You will report to our Sales Director, APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a sales pipeline worth 3-4x annual budget through intensive prospecting, qualifying, and managing sales opportunities
  • Account Management includes retention, cross-sell, and up-sell activities, as well as hunting new logo clients
  • Provide reliable quarterly forecasts of license revenue
About You
  • 8+ years of direct and indirect sales experience, with a proven track record in selling into Southeast Asia
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Expertise in managing complex sales cycles, working closely with pre-sales staff, product managers, and professional services teams
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas with complex software applications in the banking sector
  • Strong relationships with C-level and department head contacts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Self-learner, assertive, and able to make expert decisions
  • Team player with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Energetic and driven to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
