Senior Quality Systems Specialist

Our company is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our quality management system. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality systems.
The role involves:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's quality management system to meet all relevant quality standards and regulations.
- Conducting internal audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement in the QMS.
- Providing training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
- Liaising with management to ensure the QMS aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
- Monitoring and reporting on key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.*Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality assurance or quality management role.*Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality management systems.*Excellent knowledge of quality standards and regulations, such as ISO.*Strong leadership and communication skills.*Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
